DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

After your payment is verified, it may take  5-7 business days to process, produce and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Items are made as orders come in, we do not stock products, they are custom created as each order comes in.

RETURN POLICY

We pride ourselves on our commitment to quality and customer service, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we sent the wrong item, or there is any defect to the item and you notify us within 14 days of purchase, we will gladly accept returns for a full refund or exchange for the same value of your purchase price, less shipping costs.

There is a $5 charge for any product returned that has no defect and was fulfilled correctly.  All our products are made to order and this charge covers our ability to scrap the item.

Exchanges for equal value, defects returns and store credit have no additional charge.
